1. How do preorders work?

items that are marked in the description as pre-order are goods, that I don't have in stock. They need to be ordered by me first before I send them to you.

2. When would my pre-order be shipped?

Typically items take a month to be sent out.

3. Do you ship worldwide? 

Right now shipping is only available in America and Europe

4. Can i cancel my order?

As long as it hasn't been shipped, you can cancel your order.

5. Where can i cancel my order? 

Please contact me via E-Mail or Twitter and we can talk about a refund.

6. What happens if my order got damaged?

Please send proof in form of a photo to my Twitter or E-Mail and if the shipping caused the damage, I can send you a new item.

if the package returns to me by any reason, I will re-send it with out any extra cost 

7. Is my item trackable?

Yes!, when the item gets shipped i will send an email with the tracking code.

Stickers are the only exception to this.
